Spinal Energetics
Are you feeling disconnected from your body, overwhelmed and emotionally stuck? Are ready to feel supported to reconnect, to feel grounded and feel inner peace again?
Spinal Energetics is a body based practice that works directly with the spine, nervous system and energetic field to support the body to process and release stored tension, suppressed emotions, trauma and protective patterns layer by layer, and at a pace that feels safe for you and your body.
Reiki
Do you feel stressed, carry tension in your body, live with chronic pain or discomfort, feel low in mood or experience anxiety symptoms? or just want to feel deeply relaxed?
Reiki is a gentle energy based practice, that can given with hands on, hands off or at distance.
It supports rest, balance and nervous system regulation using the life force energy to support you to feel deep relaxation and calmness. It is known to ease tension and pain and you may find you sleep better after a session.
