Welcome to Healing Vibrations. I’m so glad you’re here.
I’ve been an Adult Nurse in the NHS for 17 years, supporting people through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Even with all that experience, I carried a quiet sense that something was missing — an inner knowing that there was a deeper way I was meant to support others.
At the beginning of 2025, something shifted. It felt as though a light switched back on inside me.
My first Spinal Energetics session changed the direction of my life. The release, the lightness, the unmistakable sense that something had moved — it opened a doorway I didn’t know I’d been waiting for. A couple of months on, and my personal Reiki practice deepened in ways that surprised me. What began as a daily act of self‑care grew into a calling to support others through gentle, transformative energetic work.
Healing Vibrations is the expression of that calling.
My intention is to create a compassionate, grounded space where you can feel safe to reconnect with yourself and your inner wisdom. A space where your body can soften, your nervous system can settle, and unresolved emotions can gently release. A space where healing unfolds at your pace, with warmth, presence, and deep respect for your journey.
